At Layzr.ai, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and secure your information. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection

We do not collect sign-in passwords; authentication is managed by Google and Firebase. We collect your name and email address and process the website, audit, and connected-service information needed to provide the features you use. Optional Search Console credentials are handled as described below.

Use of Information

The information we collect is solely used to provide the services available on layzr.ai, including support and responding to your requests. We also use your email to communicate important updates and news about our services. We do not sell or lease your personal information. Data sharing needed for connected features is described below.

Connected AI Assistants and Google Search Console

If you connect an AI assistant through Layzr’s MCP server, you choose the permissions it receives. Depending on those permissions and your plan, it can read your saved audits and website information, run tools using your account allowances, and manage monitoring or audit progress. Tool results are sent to the assistant you authorize and are then handled under that assistant provider’s policies. We store connection records and hashed access credentials to authenticate requests. You can revoke a connection from the Connect page; this stops future access but does not delete results already delivered to the assistant.

When you separately enable Search Console access for assistants, Layzr stores encrypted Google credentials and the properties you select so it can retrieve data while your browser is closed. Data may include search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions, and indexing information. We transfer requested data to your chosen assistant only with your consent for this visible feature. Google credentials are never returned in tool results. You can remove assistant access to Google data on the Connect page. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use this Google data for advertising or sell it.

Retention and Your Controls

Account information, saved audits, follow-up answers, website workspaces, and monitoring records remain stored so you can return to them. They do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, email hello@layzr.ai from the email address associated with your account.

MCP access tokens expire after one hour, and assistant connection grants expire after 90 days or stop working when you revoke them. Expiration or revocation stops authorization; it does not automatically erase stored connection records or saved reports. Removing Google access on the Connect page deletes Layzr’s stored encrypted Google credentials and selected-property connection record. Cached Search Console reports and results already sent to an assistant are separate from that connection. Include those records in a deletion request if you want them removed from Layzr; contact the assistant provider to manage its copies.

Data Security

We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. We use reputable services offered by Google and Firebase to manage authentication and protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our platform may use cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic. These tools help us improve our services and provide more personalized interaction.

These third parties have access only to your information that is necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Compliance with Laws

We will disclose your personal information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
